The Rock Hall Volunteer Fire Company Foundation was created in conjunction with the RHVFC in 2018 with the primary purpose of acting as a funding mechanism for major capital needs of the Fire Company. The Foundation is a separate corporation, legally independent from the Rock Hall Volunteer Fire Company. The bylaws of the Foundation require that a majority of the members of the Board of Directors be members of the Fire Company but also include community members.
The current Board consists of:
Andy Glenn, President of the Foundation and President of the Fire Company
Rick Lincicome, Vice President of the Foundation and Member of the Fire Company
Chris Maxwell, Treasurer of the Foundation
Mitch Arden, Secretary of the Foundation, Director of the Fire Company
Troy White, Chief of the Fire Company
All directors may be contacted through the Foundation at the address shown on this website.
Our first program is CAMPAIGN 2020, a capital campaign with the goal of raising $475,000 to enable the Fire Company to purchase a used ladder truck and a new ambulance to replace an existing one.
Donations to the Foundation will be given to the Fire Company for specific pre-approved purposes. As a 501(c)(3) organization, all donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Financial information is publically available by contacting the Treasurer of the Foundation.
